Receptionist & Administrator
MacMullin Law Inc. is seeking a receptionist / administrator to join the team.
MacMullin Law Inc. is a modern, transactional law practice based out of Sydney, Nova Scotia. We utilize technology to streamline processes, reduce redundant tasks and increase overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-
Greeting clients, answering phones, responding to e-mails and inquiries;
-
Arranging couriers and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
-
Scheduling appointments, managing boardrooms, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate calendar activities;
-
Maintaining organized electronic and paper files;
-
Photocopying and binding; and
-
Assisting with general office tasks, maintenance, stocking supplies, and other related duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Positive attitude, polite and patient;
-
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;

Independent and self-motivated;
-
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask;
-
Excellent technical skills with computer operating systems and Microsoft office and similar software programs;
-
Attention to detail;
-
Experience in an office setting preferred;
