Receptionist & Administrator

MacMullin Law Inc. is seeking a receptionist / administrator to join the team.

 

MacMullin Law Inc. is a modern, transactional law practice based out of Sydney, Nova Scotia. We utilize technology to streamline processes, reduce redundant tasks and increase overall efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greeting clients, answering phones, responding to e-mails and inquiries;

  • Arranging couriers and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;

  • Scheduling appointments, managing boardrooms, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate calendar activities;

  • Maintaining organized electronic and paper files;

  • Photocopying and binding; and

  • Assisting with general office tasks, maintenance, stocking supplies, and other related duties as required.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Positive attitude, polite and patient;

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;

  • Independent and self-motivated;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask;

  • Excellent technical skills with computer operating systems and Microsoft office and similar software programs;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Experience in an office setting preferred;
